We provide outsourced finance support for growing businesses: virtual CFO services, monthly MIS and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial models, accounting oversight and focused advisory projects. Our aim is to give owners a clear, regular view of performance and the analysis they need to make decisions.
A virtual CFO is an experienced finance professional who performs the role of a chief financial officer on a part-time or retainer basis. You get senior oversight of reporting, planning, cash flow and controls without the cost of a full-time hire.
Often, yes. Smaller businesses rarely need a CFO five days a week, but they still make decisions on pricing, hiring, borrowing and expansion that benefit from financial analysis. Our packages scale from monthly reporting to fuller CFO involvement, so you pay for the level of support you actually use.
A monthly report covering sales trends, food and beverage cost, gross margin, staff cost, rent and occupancy, other operating expenses, outlet-level profitability, EBITDA and cash flow, with budget versus actual where a budget exists. Outlet-wise comparisons are included for groups. The exact metrics depend on the data your POS, purchase and accounting records can provide.
Typically: sales reports from your POS or billing system, purchase and inventory records, payroll summaries, bank statements and access to, or exports from, your accounting software. During onboarding we confirm exactly what is needed and in what format, and point out any gaps that would limit the analysis.
Yes. For multi-outlet businesses we report each outlet separately and compare them on a like-for-like basis, as long as revenue and costs can be identified by outlet in your records. Where shared costs exist, we agree an allocation method with you.
Most clients receive a monthly report within an agreed number of working days after receiving complete data for the month. Weekly flash reports and fortnightly reviews can be added where the business needs them.
Yes. Our packages are starting points. We agree the report formats, metrics, review frequency and responsibilities with you before work begins, and record them in the engagement letter.
We coordinate compliance and prepare the financial data that GST, TDS and income-tax work depends on. Filings, tax opinions and representation before authorities are handled by professionals who are legally eligible to provide them, either your existing chartered accountant or professionals we work with. We confirm the arrangement in writing before starting.
Fees depend on the size of the business, transaction volume, number of outlets or entities, reporting complexity, the systems you use, how often we review with you and the overall scope. After an initial conversation we send a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee or project fee.
Book a consultation or send an enquiry. We start with a short discovery call, review a sample of your data, then send a proposal. Once agreed, onboarding usually takes two to four weeks before the first full monthly report.
Let's understand your business requirements and identify the right level of finance and advisory support.
